Line one\nLine two
Double quotes allow PHP to read variables and special characters inside a string. For example, the variable $city changes to Milwaukee when double quotes are used. Single quotes treat the text more literally, so the variable name is shown instead of its value. New line characters also work differently with single and double quotes.
